Nice flavour combination, not to overpowering or strong. Sponge is fluffy. It's nice if you like a citrus flavoured desserts.
A good size to share for a couple. A bit sweeter than expected and there's a bit of an oily aftertaste that lingers which is why I give 4 stars instead of 5.
A really subtle sweetness that's balanced well with a gentle yuzu flavour - if you're into the yuzu flavour but not a huge fan of sourness in cakes this is a great option to try.
