I bought this cake to celebrate my sister and friends birthday. First time to try and everyone loves it. The cake looks so cute and well balance. We can taste the hojicha, not too sweet and fluffy.
I have ordered three different ones from Enze so far and it never ever disappoints but this one is so far our favourite!
Perfect cake, the chiffon layers were super fluffy and cream was not too sweet. Flavours meshed very well, loved it so much! Will definitely order it again.
Bought this cake for a birthday party of a picky eater, who was absolutely floored by the quality and flavours of this masterpiece. Sponge is fluffy, fresh cream has perfect amount of tea and pear slices balance out this cake perfectly, not to mention beautiful decor. ENZE never disappoints!!
