It was super light and perfect for those who don’t like their cakes super sweet!
Not a bit fun of this particular cake. The taste is a little bit overpowering
I was delighted by the burst of jasmine flavour on this light and not too sweet cake. It feels like you are having tea with cake all at the same time. The mandarins were fresh and the sponge and light cream blended perfectly.
This cake has a very strong jasmine tea favour, which is a bit too bitter to my taste. It would be much better if the mandarin favour is a bit strong to balance out the bitterness. However my friend actually really enjoyed it and love the combination with Mandarin.
I love tea so I wanted to give this cake a try. I could really taste the jasmine tea in the cream and the mandarin was refreshing, pairs well with the slight sweet cream. The chiffon cake was light & airy, I really enjoyed eating this cake!
