The cake is light, moist and slightly crunchy from the walnuts.
The meringue had a delightful hidden nutty surprise inside and stayed perfectly fresh even after a few days in the fridge.
Overall the best carrot cake ever.

Beautiful and unique presentation. The cake was moist and had the right amount of spice and sweetness. I don’t usually like carrot cake but this has to be the exception! Very easy to purchase a cake and will purchase again.
