I ordered this cake for my birthday and it was loved by everyone! I really liked that it wasn’t just filled with cream but also had mandarin pieces inside which made it refreshing after a meal. Looking forward to ordering another cake in the future :))
We absolutely loved this cake! The jasmine tea gave it such a nice flavour and it complemented the fresh and juicy mandarins so well. Cake wasn’t too sweet and wasn’t heavy either. A delight to eat!
I was so intrigued I had to try. The herbal and floral notes of jasmine tea is perfectly infused into the icing. The citrus notes from the mandarin give it a really lovely balance. The super soft, light chiffon completes the cake. Will definitely order again
A very nice cake. Love the flavour combo, the tea flavour is quite pronounced bur it is balanced well with the freshness of the mandarins and the sweet outer cream. Particularly loved the soft and fluffy sponge. First time ordering, won’t be the last.
