Delicious

Not too sweet and had a really nice flavour to it! The yuzu flavour balances out nicely with the pistachio cream which makes it feel light and not too heavy after eating.

I can finish the whole thing! And I am not a dessert person at all, this cake is that good! It has the perfect sweetness, soft sponge and pistachios cream on the top is the best!!
