We ordered a chocolate cake from Enze for the first time. It was perfect to our liking. It had a rich, moist texture, was perfectly balanced, not too sweet, and complemented the cake beautifully. Overall, it was a delightful treat worth savoring.
Amazing chocolate cake and I recommend to anyone looking for a delicious chocolate cake! Very fluffy and moist. It's not too rich and the hint of sea salt in the chocolate mousse provides nice contrast and works really well.
Recommended if you like chocolate! Not too heavy or too rich for those with a more sensitive palate and it isn't too sweet either. There is a slight salty taste which is a nice surprise to counter balance all the chocolate. Very light to eat and the cream to cake ratio is just right.
It was so hard to get a beautiful looking chocolate on chocolate cake for a birthday delivered. Enze created something that was so balanced that even non mud cake lovers enjoyed it. Birthday girl was mightily impressed and couldn't get over how light the sponge was.
