Cake was delicious, the sponge was so soft and fluffy, the flavour was very nice and cake was presented nicely.
Hojicha is the highlight of the cake: very nice Asian tea taste, and not too sweet. Also we like the presentation of the cake with the elegant decoration. But I think it will be better if the chocolatey chiffon sponge is richer and smoother. additionally, pears seem not the best match of Hojicha.
The cake was really nice! The sponge was quite light and the cream was a good balance. The hojicha flavour came through really well too. The ultimate Asian compliment for a cake; not too sweet :) would definitely order again. Thank you!
I enjoyed the hoijicha cake, the cream was very fragrant with tea, the pear surprisingly refreshing, and the decoration looked fantastic. Super convenient with the delivery option. I am keen to try another flavour on another occasion.
